Dart is a new programming language for structured web programming. The Dart project includes a language, libraries, a virtual machine, and even an IDE. It also takes a fresh look at DOM and HTML interfaces. Join Seth Ladd, a Developer Advocate with the Chrome team, as he gives a tour of Dart and its motivations.

Speaker Bio

Seth is currently a Developer Advocate at Google. He produced Aloha on Rails, the Hawaii Ruby on Rails and Web Development Conference and is producing New Game, the conference for HTML5 game developers. Way back, he wrote Expert Spring MVC book. He was lucky enought to help release Angry Birds for the web.  Seth is currently on the board of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences.
